Question – my own hobbyhorse is systems admin, which seems to valiantly resist lean techniques.
Any resources for doing things ‘the lean way’ or ‘scrumish’ once the application has been handed off from ‘engineering’ to Operations?
Failing that – what resources did you use to establish scrum at TJIC Global Domination HQ and Marching Society?
