    I think it’s great that Jeff cared enough about his audience to speak to them in their native tongue. I wonder how long it took him to learn it?

    It’s easy to let your culture colour your judgement. Amazon – one of my favourite companies – is doing a great honour to our language in this skilful PR programme. As a big organisation, so one has to realise it will armour itself against criticism.
