No sane person believes that anarchy generates order. The idea that anarchy could be superior to government in some cases seems even more absurd.

The rest of the syllogism is left as an exercise for the reader.

    I found the statement about Somalia lacking a government interesting. Yes, they lack what is conventionally thought of as a government. There is however, a powerstructure, at least in much of the country. The problem is that without an organized government of some sort, humans naturally resort to tribalism. This exactly what happened in Somalia, and more specifically Mogidishu, with the various warlords killing each other for control.
