Obama is looking to raise tarrifs on clothes imported from Madigascar.

On the one hand, it would throw 100,000 working poor Africans out of work.

On the other hand, it would curry favor with unionized rich Democratic voters.

Anyone care to place bets on the outcome ?

    If only the SEIU could organize them, and ACORN register them Democrat.
