A co-worker hit my car in the parking lot at work, and during the repairs I had to drive an “almond” colored Kia Optima. It was lame, huge, and had an automatic transmission which only cemented my already ragingly snobby belief that automatics are for losers.

I used to think that automatics were for women, or something.

I have been corrected.

They are for losers.

There are certainly women (cough) who can represent.

    Not knowing how to drive an automatic is for losers (which would make the morons I see driving with one foot on the brake and one on the gas what?). Manuals are fun, but I just don’t have the need for the constant testosterone boost to put up with the “first-second-third-second-first-second-third-second-third-second-first-second-first” commute to work…
