Yep. A sawzall blade was defective and lept out of the sawzall and did a backwards somesault OVER the tool and into my glasses. I saw it coming and blinked (at least that’s my perception; I wouldn’t be amazed to find out that the memory was synthesized after the fact). The blade hit the front of the lens and popped out a shatter cone of spall on the side facing me (like a HESH round), but my eye was closed.
It got my attention.
